John Woolston and Pastor Al Sims did a terrific job on this training manual. it is a must have for your personal library if you are working at the altar or are beginning to minister to people.
This book came to me at a time when I am refocusing my thoughts on ministry. I felt it was very key in fine tuning my approach on ministering to those around me. I am not part of an altar ministry per se, but I have a heart to see the precious people around me be changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

One of the sections in this book outlined a whole set of scriptures to know or be familiar with for righteousness, faith, healing, etc. I plan on studying those references so that I can speak with confidence when ministering to my friends or strangers that God directs me towards.

I found this book to be extremely helpful in establishing a foundation for how to minister in boldness, kindness, and discernment. It outlines how to respect those you are praying for and how to handle a situation with gentleness and integrity. It also helps you pinpoint what people are actually needing in prayer, along with what kind of prayer approach to take.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a heart to see the people around them be changed by the Holy Spirit. I now feel more confident in my own preparation for ministering.
